  We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean.   The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and even the communal areas were well maintained, attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with the owners making every effort to accommodate our special diet and food choices.   Gareth & Claire where the perfect hosts. We arrived early, but was shown our room (suite) by Gareth, and was given our key so we could come and go at our leisure once the room was ready. Gareth gave us loads of information, as to sites & attractions that we may wish to visit whilst in the town. The restaurant we chose was perfect for the occasion (My birthday). The room was - It's hard to decide when you find an absolutely splendid Guest House, whether to share it with others or keep it to yourself. This applies without reservation to The Cliffbury. It cannot be faulted and although I'm risking my chances of finding a vacancy next time I book, it's a chance worth taking if other establishments are encouraged to up their game to this standard of cleanliness, comfort, cuisine (albeit just breakfast - I'm hoping an evening meal option could be added) and politeness.

Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

  This is our second visit to Brigstock House and there is nothing not to like!! its situated on a really quiet road so no noise to disturb you and Simon the proprietor is very friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is also a three course dinner available. Bed is only a double which felt small to us as - The proprietor was welcoming, helpful and professional. His staff were similarly polite and professional. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming and was thoroughly cleaned each day while I was out at conference. The cooked breakfasts were outstanding. A really nice, pleasant base for attending the Labour Party Conference at Venue Cymru. I hope to take my wife back in June for her birthday. I was able to park on the forecourt which was really helpful and saved me endless problems.

  Owners very welcoming and friendly and the Welsh breakfast kept me going all day (especially loved the sausages - and we come from Braughing, Herts - a village famous for its sausages!!) - Excellent room, helpful owners- overall very pleasent stay! would recommend to anyone!!!

I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.
