  The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel!   Very clean hotel, comfortable beds and room. Good shower. Own access key to the hotel. Convenient for my needs on the weekend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value basic hotel.   the staff at hte hotel were brilliant they made me feel welcome and couldnt do enough for me i will be using the boundary again and would recommend it to others - Have stayed here a couple of times - it is the first place I look for if I am heading to Leeds, great hotel
