Ce que les gens disent
The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hooray!.
Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds. tous commentaires »
Reception staff very friendly, good standard of room with good facilities, liked the fact there was a dressing table with lights hairdryer and plugs all handy, car parking on site was a major plus.
The way the staff tried very hard to find us a quiet room, away from a large group of rugby players on a stag weekend!
They succeeded - our sleep was undisturbed!.
Clean and Tidy. The restauraunt was good with friendly staff and it was attached to hotel building.
Free parking in hotels own parking lot was excellent.

Free car parking and the staffs willingness to let us park the following day even after we had checked out.
It's a Premier Inn so you always know what to expect. I liked the TGI FRidays attached to the hotel.

Everything else.
the breakfasts.
Room was good.
it was clean.
only a 10 min walk to the city centre staff friendly room clean.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff at checkout was very kind.
We would have liked breakfast to start earlier than 8 o'clock. Aside from that - nothing!.
Would have liked closer proximity to a few shops for incidental purchases.
n/a.
Noise from room directly above, must have been wearing lead boots and
using a sledge hammer to close all the drawers and doors....ok some
people are clumsy, ham fisted oafs, but in the early hours of the
morning...really?.
People above us kept walking round a round it was like having a hurd of elephants above us even the light was was moving this was in the afternoon about 5pm then again at 4 in morning a was going on for about an hour so we was awake from then thankgod there was plenty of milk so we just sat in bed a had cups of coffee a watched telly as we could not get back to sleep once we was woken.
Nothing!.
Nothing.
Could hear the person next door snoring!.
Nothing.
Bed was a bit hard for me.
I nearly slipped in the bath(no slip mat). The breakfast cost over £8 for firm fried eggs and luke warm coffee.
Nothing.
Not the best evening menu.
No iron in the room.
Quite far out not in the city centre had to get taxis into town, matress on bed was rock hard didnt sleep well.
Bit expensive to stay one night, when pre booked, other friends who stayed the same night payed less because they booked earlier.
Not in a good position for restaurants. Tgi Friday's is junk food in
the extreme. Your guests deserve better. And the neaby Chinese is not
brilliant.
People upstairs noisy at night.
Breakfast coffee weak.
The guests in the rom next door were a little noisy on return at approximately 2am. Could do with doors that close quietly.
breakfast at TGI next door very frantic, maybe we picked a bad day when everyone arrived at the same time.
No bar within the hotel?.
the long walk from the room back to reception.
We were not advised that breakfast on Monday finished at 9.00 am.
it was on the motorway.
Internet wifi did not work.
Maybe should be £65 not £75.
Breakfast was poor. Although we were told that the kitchen was being refurbished and no cooked breakfast was available, the price was not reduced, and I was charged full price for a very very poor continental breakfast, not much effort made in this regard.
the most important thing for a good nights sleep is a comfy bed I did not have this neither did my friend. The springs on the left hand side of the bed was raised and lumpy my friends bed was so hard.
Breakfast was disappointing. I used to believe all Premier Inns had excellent breakfasts, but the last two I've stayed in have not been up to the usual standard. And your toasting machines are useless - it takes at least two goes to get something resembling toast and the crumpets are rock hard before they show any sign of being toasted.
Room had some strong smell of cigarette.
