the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

Situation - On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements. The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. I loved the way they had given attention to detail on the smallest of things to make it feel like a home away from home rather than a hotel. Having sky TV and a DVD player and large flat screen TV brilliant. Plenty of room to move around and doesn't even feel like you're on a boat. For a unique experience as a place with a difference to stay I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10 for comfort, ingenuity and being respectful to the legacy of The Beatles.

The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars

We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.

i went with a group of friends to celebrate a 50th birthday, upon arrival the owner was waiting on the boat for our arrival, the joker boat is very stylish and clean and in a great location near to the bars and restraunts we are all going to book again next year as have another 50th to celebrate. a big thank you to the owner of the joker who sent a bottle of champagne for the birthday girl which was very much appreciated, we would not hesitate in recommending the joker to anybody.
