  Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  We stayed at the hotel for only one night as we were seeing a concert at wembley, the staff where very friendly and could not do enough to help us in our stay including sorting out our journey to and from our event, the room was very clean , crisp white, bed sheets on our four poster ( very comfy) bed , we were a little late for breakfast but the ... ce que les gens disent » staff were still very obliging and made sure we had breakfast. I would definatley stay at this hotel and recommend it to our friends. - Staff was very helpful, room was fresh, new, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very modern.   Well situated and comfortable hotel; friendly personnel. - Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel a été refait récemment, donctrès bon état général. Hôtel design (c'est la marque de fabrique de lachaîne) et très bien situé pour rayonné partout dans Londres (station demétro et de bus à proximité, etc). Bref, à recommander.
