Location is great, though have to walk 5 minutes from Elephant &
Castle Underground station. Staff is super friendly, as they really
helpful on helping me to get into all female-dorm. Free continental
breakfast everyday, with free internet access at the lounge at all time.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in London: new facilities, big rooms; bathrooms in the rooms as well as common ones on the floors so there's no need to wait for one to get free; great location near the Elephant and Castle tube station and a shopping centre; great common area.

Great place to be, well located and reasonably priced, bright and friendly hostel, situated at 5 minute walk from Elephant & Castle Underground station. have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given
a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was
soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but
more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The
towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5
months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very

The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.
