If you go to Edinburgh I really recomend you to stay on Royal
Overseas League Hotel. The staff service is very kind and good
facilities.. If you need to have an early breakfast there are not
problem, you're going to have it on your room with all that you
want to eat. I recommend the Scottish breakfast that is all included

-Friendly staff. -Great location- only a short walk to key places
(waverley, castle, etc). -Room nicely furnished. -Extremely comfortable
bed, the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. -Nice
atmosphere. -The cost to stay was the lowest that I could find in the
area on that night (just £57), yet you wouldn't have thought it for
how nice the place was. Because of this, I would definitely stay again
and will recommend to others.

We stayed in a recently refurbished rom and it was very comfortable and quiet. A new large shower cubicle and shower had been installed and was very welcoming first thing in the morning. All Staff were extremely friendly and informative about services on offer in hotel. The room was fitted with a card controlled electricity system which was great

Everything was fabulous!The hotel was very clean and nice, the position couldn't have been better, close to everything, great view. The room is brand new, with modern decoration and fully equiped. We apreciated very much that there were facilities in the room to make tea, coffee or hot chocolate and they provided as water for free and even cookies.I strongly recommend this hotel!

Good location in quiet back street but close to shops and restaurants and not too far from city centre and station. I was initially dismayed to find the apartment is in a Hall of Residence but there was no appreciable noise from the student element of my fellow residents. This is a family guesthouse, and that explains why you feel so much at home there. The floor cover, design and dining room all make you feel a special guest. Breakfasts icluded, wifi is free. And fast. Plus a relatively close distance from the center - that's the best investment for a young couple, friends or a solo traveller who want to enjoy Edinburgh in any time of year.
