  Very nice B&B just a few minutes outside the centre of Keswick. We had a nice room, on the first floor, with all comfort necessary for some beautiful days. The owner is a very friendly person, giving all the info needed to spent some days in and around Keswick. Not only regarding walks but also regarding tearoom, pubs,... If you're looking for a B&B in Keswick, than - Everything about the guest house indicated a concern to serve the residents to a high standard. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nicely prepared with plenty of main course choice. The owners were friendly without being intrusive. The view from the rear landing stairs, if you are on one of the upper floors, of Latrigg, Skiddaw & Blencathra make a great start and finish to each day. And it's only a quarter mile gentle downhill stroll into the centre of Keswick. Five star

The B&B is in a quiet location but close to the town centre, which has plenty of shops and restaurants.
