We were very happy with the staff and with our stay, the staff were lovely and friendly, also great company. They were very helpful and very understandable. They made sure we were having a good time and made sure we were comfortable, they sort out any problems straight away which we also liked. -

Staff were wonderful to me as I have a walking disability and they put me in their Lodge accommodation ground floor. Well placed for the winter gardens. also the owner moved his car so I could park.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. -

From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room.
The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building.
Breakfast was good and plenty.

we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs

We had a lovely stay at Bamford House for two nights. A warm welcome right from the start with Helen having her car moved so we could park on the street! Was excellent value and nicely decorated and clean. Had an en suite which was a good size. Comfortable bed. Big tv and our own keys to come and go as we wanted. Great location and the breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Best part is the owners didn't bother you and left you to it but was still about if needed. AAA***
