Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all
appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We
cannot praise them enough! The restaurant food was of a very good

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive
ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy. Bed was already made which is unusual for a hostel. -

The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -

The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority.
