  We stayed in room 9 which was a little outhouse it was lovely and cosy. Modernised. And very quiet! We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty.   Our room was at the top of the building and was decorated nicely and beds were comfy, mirror was broken (but not like that is end of the world). We only wanted to sleep here and have a good breakfast in the morning which we did.   what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat... ce que les gens disent » , drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
