  This place is a gem! We stayed in the apartment for two nights, which has all you need including central heating, king sized bed with duvet and two pillows each, shower room with power shower and plenty of hot water, separate living/ dining area with dining table, comfortable settee, TV and DVD, separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine... ce que les gens disent » , fridge/ freezer, full sized oven with gas hob and good supply of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Outside there is a south facing patio garden that - Fab place to stay. Nothing was too much for the owners. We were made to feel welcome from the start and the breakfast was plenty to keep us going for most of the day! The town was a short walk away - prob about 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quieter than expected as it is on a busy main road. There is no parking available but we were provided with a parking permit as soon as we arrived which saved us a lot of money on parking fees. I would definitely stay there again.

  We loved everything about this beautiful Manor House - it's quaint, atmospheric, comfortable and luxurious with the most amazing and incredibly friendly owners, Norman & Beth. Great location (only a 10 walk from Bath centre) and easy to find. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view from the window looked out onto a very unique gar - Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel. I will be recommending this place to everyone! - The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath.
