  Nothing; it was a dump - I didn't know hotels like this still operated.I had a room with a sink with no plug, filthy carpets. The couple infront of me were trying to book a room for 3 hours but the Polishreceptionest didn't understand and thought it was 3 days so they left.The Polish disco (under my room) went on till late. - Nothing: the whole exp... ce que les gens disent » erience was depressing and the hotel is appalling: close it down!   The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided.   We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our).
