Nothing; it was a dump - I didn't know hotels like this still operated.I had a room with a sink with no plug, filthy carpets. Très près d'Alexandra Palace sur la ligne de métro picadilly - We stayed in the new wing and this was wonderful. Clean, new and very comfortable. I really recommend that if you are staying here you request the refurbished new wing because our friend was staying in a room next to the bar which was tired and far less comfortable than ours. - space

I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. We could t hear any noises from other people or the pub downstairs so it was very peaceful at night, me and my partner are definet

Don't expect luxury for this sort of money in london! I stayed
across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly
more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a
quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest
positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

Clean, spacious apartement, with plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The apartement was very bright, as there were 'roof to floor' windows, with sliding doors in both bedrooms and livingroom. Free wifi was perfect. Pleasently surpriced with the room beeing cleaned and fresh towels midweek. -

I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me.
Clean and nice.
Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice.

This is the best budget price hotel in London area, truly outstanding for two people for one night with full breakfast for £60 (it would have been £54 if we could have risked the pre pay option). The breakfast alone was almost worth £60 at London prices!
