  Location was perfect just on the edge of town. The room was spacious and clean. There was an on site bar and restaurant so you didn't need to go out if you didn't feel like it. The Manager (Jason) was excellent so efficient and friendly.   i booked my wife and daughter in hotel they where having dinner there,daughter is in wheel chair,and she found room very good, they thank all staff four a very nice night and lovely food thanks john. - The staff were very friendly and hospitable. On our arrival (after 3pm) they arranged for sandwiches to be made and brought to our rooms.

  I have never before bothered to write a review, not least because I travel a great deal. However, I would like to offer the highest possible praise for the Peak Edge Hotel and its staff. They are consummate professionals, very competent and friendly. Not charging a dime the manager rallied his mates in their 4x4s to s - Lovely hotel! I honestly didn't expect that much, as I travel A LOT for business and am rather immune to hotels.... It is clean and well fitted.... the bath was gorgeous and the staff couldn't have been friendlier! We felt a bit underdressed for dinner at the "Pub"... it's really more of a restaurant, but very nice food. Beautiful location, even saw a peacock just outside our bedroom window in the AM! Would definitely come back.

All staff members were as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be, nothing was too much trouble for them. Most impressed and will certainly recommend to others. - Staff courteous and welcoming; even called to confirm we were still coming (as we arrived quite late); rooms always clean, consistent, comfortable, accomodating our growing families needs...   Very quiet, very contempory decor, and not disturbed at all. Freedom to collect key and leave without arrangement was great. Wireless Broadband was a real bonus, as was the coffee, milk and breakfast. Small things like dish washer tablets was also a nice touch.

  The couple at Mardon House were brilliant people, they were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were really helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was outstanding and worth every penny. - The room was excellent, the owners were lovely, and the full english breakfast was to die for.
