We had a really lovely and enjoyable stay. Nothing was too much
trouble. Jim and Sue were really friendly, helpful and very kind. We
arrived late on the Friday evening after being stuck in awful traffic.
They were so welcoming and brought us tea and biscuits and really made

Sue and Jim were so friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to stay within the hussle and bussle of the main strip so the location was perfect for us especially as the tram stops at the top of the road and its only £3.50 each for an all day ticket. We couldn't fault the decor and cleanliness it was beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable it was just like being at home. The breakfast was amazing, I personally dont see a problem with it only being served between 8.30 and 9am as it

the cleanliness,excellent food,the service was the best we have ever known, but mostly the cabaret(even though one of the acts was ill so wasnt there,one of the other acts doubled-up.) - we whanted to relax this weekend and with everything at the hotel that was what we got,it may have rained outside but we still had a great time thanks.
