Tout, mais en plus on n'a que 10 minutes à marcher pour se rendre à l'enregistrement - c'est très apprécié - Le grand confort, prestations, la facilité d'accès au terminal 5, disponibilité du personnel.

My wife and myself enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Mercure. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The accomadation was immaculate and the food and service were excellent. The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

We were made most welcome during our stay and we're spoilt with it being our wedding anniversary with beautiful cup cakes and an astonishing view of Windsor! Immaculate rooms and large beautiful rooms and bathroom's gave our stay a real feel of luxury...breathtaking views of Windsor castle make this hotel a delight! We stay at many 5 star hotels and this hotel although 4 feels far better in terms of everything it has to offer and we can't wait to return for a lengthy stay next year...only disap

The position of the hotel is idyllic situated on a bend of the Thames. We opted for a less expensive roadside room at 199£ it was small but had everything we needed, and was well decorated. Location perfect , good food and drinks onsite . Some rooms bigger than others we had to swap as the initial room was tiny. Comfy beds nice deco and bathrooms.
