From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

staff Gatwick north terminal they said they are the biggest but they are
deffo not the best this hotel is. A special mention to Ravendeep amazin -
The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

Straightforward, helpful staff member - offered to collect me from
free bus service stop or book a taxi (use the bus service, check for
details on tfl website- they are very frequent, even at 6am and it is
a short and easy 5 minute walk to the guesthouse), quickly got me some
tea as there was only coffee in the room and gave accurate local

the end of the road. -
Room was clean and adequate, though spartan. Suitable for a short
overnight stay. Staff settled us upon arrival and booked taxi to airport
the next morning. Referred to Pheasant Inn a block away for evening
meal. A busy pub and separate restaurant. Wi-Fi was handy.

I stayed at this hotel while en route from Eastern Europe. The staff
were super friendly and accommodating, they really couldn't do
enough for you.. Always pleasant and helpful.. The hotel has all the
facilities that I needed, an atm, concierge, room service, shuttle bus..
Would recommend highly! Will be booking again as very reasonable price

The kindness of the hotel staff at reception was nice, I was allowed to download and print my boarding passes for next day without having the need to order the horribly priced internet. The buffet dinner was also nice with professional care in the restaurant.

All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

accuil et gentilesse - charmant petit hotel ressemblant plus a une pension de famille qu'a un hotel. Parking interieur et allez admirer les bancs en bois a l'arriere de l'hotel. En cas de petit creux, il y a de quoi manger mais si vous preferer decouvrir la vie local, alors allez au PUB a 50m. Super bon, super british et pas cher. Que du bon!!!

This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.
