  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests.   Perfect styling of rooms, and enviroment. Breakfast in very nice atmosphere. Owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of recommondations for the day. Nice courtyard with well equiped Barbecue corner. We really enjoyed it totally relaxing lovely pools and braai areas in the courtyard. The breakfast provided was also very nice and set you up for the day I would certainly recomend to friends.
