Devon was particularly efficient and helpful. I have forgotten her name but the laundry lady was wonderful, returning a pile of freshly laundered and pressed clothing after leaked shampoo in good time for our departure. -

The rooms are very spacious, i like the little kitchen with the zinc and small fridge, very convenient and the sleeper couch for the kids. -

I would like to say a big thank you to the Hotel Manager(i think his
name is Lunga) who was on duty. Although he is so young, he was so
polite, professional and very respectful. Also the staff at breakfast,
they we very friendly. The hotel is very clean and safe which made our
stay very comfortable. Once again thank you to all the hotel staff. -

Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice - From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The special price made it possible to upgrade to an executive suite room which was very comfortable. the staff was exceptionally friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. the rooms are spacious and the bed are really comfortable. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and we can safely say all the meals were gourmet meals which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Gateway holiday for a wonderful stay -
