  The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception were friendly on arrival and there was nothing which was too much trouble. After travelling it was great that we could immediately get into our room. The food was good and so helpful to have a weekend breakfast special. The Hotel is so close to town, and this is partly why we chose... ce que les gens disent » it again. - We liked the rooms, the location to what we wanted, the nice smile from the counter staff , the cleaning of the room.. even though we did not put the ' clean room' sign out, The care of the manager /owner when the quake struck with a cold beer.The blankets given when the fire alarm went ...after standing outside for ages.

  I booked two rooms for myself, my daughter and her bridesmaids to go wedding dress shopping in Wellington. The staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. Rooms were large and clean and very nicely presented. Although we had a car with us, we used the valet parking option and left the car at the hotel while we walked to all the wedding shops -... ce que les gens disent » very handy location for tourist activities, shops and waterfront. During our very short stay we had to get the car out of parking twice to pick bride - Staff were very friendly and helpful, finding out information for us. Location was great, very handy for Te Papa museum and easy walking distance to the harbour front and also to restaurants, shops etc nearby. Room seemed newly decorated and was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay there if in Wellington again!
