Our suite was extremely comfortable, with every possible need provided.

Gail and Robert were both welcoming and friendly, it was a real pleasure to have met with some great company. The Aratiatia Suite was magnificent. It was so spacious, lavish with a Super King bed you could lose your partner in. Hard to fault the property and/or proprietors in any which way, what is provided here is affordable luxury for one and all.

My wife and I would like to say that the receptionist was very accomadating and helpful not just for our stay but about the things we could do and go see in the area - the resident dog was also very friendly. I would say that it was good value for money. We would also say that it is a great place to take children, with the pool, tramp and loads of

The owners are really friendly and helpful. The location is great - just cross the road if you want a swim in the Lake. There are also plenty of eateries a few minutes drive away. I like the studio units with spa bath. Able to relax in the evening. close to the lake edge with a view of the lake from the balcony. Clean units with comfortable beds. Close to the shopping. Had everything we required for the one nights stay. Was lovely to wake up and go for a walk on the lakes front in the morning.

Loved the friendly owners, the lovely room with a private back years
small enclave to sit and have a morning coffee or a drink after tramping
around all day. The spa tub was a wonderful soak after being on
one's feet all day. Also, Murray was kind enough to drive us to the
bus depot the necpxt day thus saving us a walk or a taxi fare. How nice

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and most importantly for us 'soft' Aucklanders, it was WARM!! (It was minus 2 deg overnight and we didn't feel cold at all.) Second year in a row that we have stayed there, easy to access restaurants, shops, and the skifield is an easy scenic drive from Taupo.

Love the setting right on the lakefront. The rooms are a good size with little balconies which have stunning views across the lake to the mountains. The in-room spa pools, also with a view of the lake are lovely. -

The natural hot pool in your own room was very welcome on a very cold night. The
Motel is position well for an early morning walk by the lake &
the courtesy bus is a good idea as the motel is a few ks from the center.
the Staff were very helpful.
Would like to stay again in the summer to make good use of the outdoor BBQ and out door furniture and watch the sun go down and hopefully watch a loverly sunset with my wife whilst enjoying a botle of wine.

Building was nice, with a decent layout and facilities. It has a really good vibe, and everyone I met was super friendly. Room was good, with a really comfy bed. Almost stayed a second night it was so much fun, but in the end had to move on. Parking was great, no issues there. -

Excellent facilities in a tremendous location. Really well-run establishment, where proactive service was top of the agenda.Room beautifully decorated and clearly a lot of fore thought gone into the functionality of the units. I will most certainly look forward to returning here! -
