  Hosts - Kim and Gavin were great; made us feel like we were home. Location - out of the middle of Rotorua, but not so far it was difficult to enjoy the other activities. The Lodge itself - very comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, comfy main room, and activities.   Frank and his wife were extremely accommodating, kind and gracious, going so far as to do a load of laundry for us! He was helpful with maps, attractions, and booking things on our behalf. The breakfasts at the B&B were wonderful, as was the company. Our room was clean although a bit cramped for three of us. - Everything.
