We were 4 seniors on a fly-drive junket and very pleased with our unit. Clean and tidy, well maintained, kitchen adequate for our needs, clean towels and crisp bed linen and the surrounding grounds testament to a well kept hotel. Everything, it was our best hotel in New Zealand. The apartment was
huge, clean and extremely comfortable. We were a family with 2 children
under 3 and grandparents too and we could all have our space. The
apartment had 2 floors, 2 panoramic balconies looking at the lake, 3
bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 upstairs rooms. Easy access
from the garage to the room through an elevator. I would highly
recommend it!

the staff was really really friendly! they were very busy and i asked for another room. not because mine was bad but because of a generator outside making too much noise. it was no problem, i got another room and they even helped me out with lugguge. Lovely hotel! Great location, a short walk into town - yes, it is uphill on the way back but they do offer a free shuttle service every hour if you don't want to walk back! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff are so pleasant and friendly, very helpful in booking a range of activities for us, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All in all, a great stay, hope we can come back some time!

Nicely located near to the lake, close enough to the city yet far from the noise. Fantastic facilities (washing machine & dryer, Flatscreen TVs in living area and room etc) and very well equiped kitchen with dish washer, oven and microwave. Overall a very comfortable and hassle free stay with excellent value of money! Will definitely recommend

Had an amazing time! Staff were great and rooms perfect! Really couldnt ask for more! Very close to the town (5min walk) in a nice quiet location with stunning views of the lake and snow capped mountains. Great value for money for anyone from families to groups of friends to business trips. We will stay there again for sure!

Our first time at Tanoa and we very much enjoyed it. It was great value for money. Comfortable room and beds and even a view despite being in the courtyard. Staff are friendly, food in the restaurant was nice and the service was professional. Will use again.

Location is within easy walking distance to The Mall and Marine Parade where everything is a just a short cab ride back if you don't want to hike the steep hill.
It's also a pickup/drop off point for the Millford Sound Tour.
The managers were very helpful finding us either Internet deals on activities/tours or offering to shuttle us to the air

Location, location! The 1- and 2-bedroom apartments have fabulous views across Lake Wakitipu to the mountains, and the apartments are 10-15 minutes walk into central Queenstown. The local ski fields are 45-60 minutes drive away. This was our third stay in a 1-bedroom apartment here for ski-ing, and we've always been happy with it.

The relaxation .after a fun day,,,we were two grandmas and a
grandson...from christchurch and scotland.... Loved the close walking

Excellent accommodation, great value. Was upgraded to a lakefront suite, with absolutely breath taking views. Would stay again, hope to be upgraded next time also. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Value for money.

Location was great, we have stayed in Queenstown central previously and noise (traffic, patrons and public) can be an issue. The property at Hilton was well soundproofed.

The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious, clean,
beautifully appointed. The bathroom was also big and had a large bath
tub. The property is right on the lake so it has gorgeous views and is
very peaceful. The pool and spa were lovely and just what was needed
after walking the Milford Sound track. Is a good 15 minute drive from
Queenstown so it is a good idea to hire a car. The taxi prices were
exorbitant (ie $50 one way), the water taxi was much cheaper but only
ran at certain ti

Up on a small hill, you have a beautiful view over the lake, and you are a bit outside but still close enough to the busy town centre. The room setup is a little old-fashioned in a positive sense (hooks on the door, coat hangers etc). Breakfast was delicious (fruits!). -

Millbrook really is a beautiful resort both summer and winter. The staff were great and always willing to run you back to your room or down to one of the dining areas in one of the many golf carts. My two night stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. One lady photocopied some sudoku because I had used all the ones I had brought. Bruno is a great barman. Breakfast was superb!

The service of the moteliers-they welcomed us warmly even though we arrived quite late. The heaters were on, and because it was a cold night it was wonderful to go into a warm room. We were treated very well, including being invited into their accommodation to watch the America's Cup race on their larger screen. -

5 Star service, 5 Star facilities, an absolute must for any serious Queenstown visitor. It's hard to find words for how much the Front desk and Concierge go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. Just adding to the lovely ambiance of the main foyer and lobby, you will find an excellent little cocktail bar, amazing restaurant and cafe.

The staff were exceptionally, very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the centre with all amenities within walking distance. The room was beautiful and very well presented with all the essentials you would need and the food was just delicious, we have a wonderful experience and would definitely be staying there again.

I loved where the resort is located, being able to access the lake and the surrounding hills. The room I had was gorgeous, beautiful thick carpet, clean and modern and quiet at night, I like how the accommodation is in houses surrounding an inclave. Delicious food and an extremely cold beer served in a long glass was very pleasing.
