  Jeremy, Gina and all staff exceptionally helpful, nothing posed a problem. Service superb. Chalet clean, warm and comfortable. Food some of the best tasted anywhere. The Sunday special "chips and dips" was superb!! - Just a great place, friendly, helpful staff, extremely clean and comfortable Excellent value for money

  There was nothing Not to like. On arrival we were upgraded to a unit with a view which we loved. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We went to the office to ask for a taxi to Ahuriri and we were given a lift! They were great fun and will definitely return with the family if staying in Napier again. The unit we had was refurbished so v... ce que les gens disent » ery comfortable and well laid out. Absolutely n o complaints about our stay whatsoever. Wish we stayed for longer! A+++ - What a great place.....I cannot fault anything! The lovely host Carol; gave time for me to unpack & unwind then come to the room and showed me around as well as gave demos on how to use the facilities, i.e. shower & spa. Breakfast was delivered in the pouring rain and was hot and yummy tasty!! Staff were all helpful, friendly & very welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel through. Thanks :)
