Willingness to cater to our needs when we required something. We
didn't feel like we were a hassle when we needed help. Luxury room
delivered what it promised. We had family over for a barbeque in our
private patio they stayed for as long as they want. Unlike other motels

We were booked there along with 3 other family couples in town fr a wedding. Our two roomed unit upstairs was quiet and clean. Hosts were friendly and helpful about where to go etc.They had to deal with flooding of their lower rooms during our visit and remained cheerful helpful while dealing with this. would stay there again. -

The location of this hotel is ideal at the Mount, just a short walk to
either the port side or the oceanside beaches. It's also at the foot
of Mt Maunganui, so you can also just nip across the road to walk around
or up the Mount. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars too. My
room was fine, with a washer, dryer, fridge, stove & microwave

It is right at the foot of The Mount, almost a stones throw away from the salt water pools. Perfect walking distance to the beach, and pretty good value for money considering it was still summer time in the mount.
Perfect for just a night away, if your looking for something fancy, you should look elsewhere, cause this was value for money, and I know you can not get a room at such great prices over summer for less, with a location like this.

Loved the location of The Terraces. Only 150 metres from the beach with
the path to the beach directly across the road. Also the proximity to
the Mount and the restaurants was only a short drive away.
Loved the comfort of the unit. Very nice layout and well furnished. -
The individual car garages and two seperate levels of living.

This was out first trip to Tauranga and we wanted to stay at the Mount
but did not know much about accommodation on offer.We chose Oceanside
Resort and Twin Towers from reading prior reviews, which we liked and
booked a 1-bed apartment with garden/mountain view. We were upgraded
on arrival to a suite on the 3rd floor with seaview - loved our

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect close to the beach and plenty of cafés and restaurants. This is our second visit and I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome location, right across the road from the main beach and a very quick walk into town. Nice that it is not right in the centre because there was no noise at night, just the waves on the beach which was wonderful. Would definitely stay again -

Gay and Mike ??) we brilliant and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and smelt fresh and clean". We have stayed before and can not fault them. The provision of a courtesy coach made our stay over even more enjoyable as we were able to go to my sons engagement and relax and enjoy our night with family. Top marks for Bay Palm. -

Very friendly and supportive management. Large family room + outdoor dining.
Two secure basement carparks is an excellent inclusion. Basement lift to the 3rd floor made shifting bags so easy. Very well set out kitchen for family preparation and dining. Family size fridge and a freezer were much appreciated. Loved our stay. -
