Right from the start we received a warm welcome & a very good insight to attractions of the city.Although a bit dated,the facities are comfortable & our unit was spacious & comfortable.TV & Wi-Fi both great.On future trips to Dunedin this will be the first place we try to book.Location is very good,straight down George St to the Oc

Excellent hospitality and a wealth of very useful information on arrival. Friendliness and efficiency of staff. The space of the cottage. The location. The city itself, so interesting, full of atmosphere and scenery. The walk up the steepest road in the world!!. Dunedin and the Tourist Court cottages are definitely somewhere we would like to return to again.

This was the cleanest Motel I had ever been in. I was thoroughly impressed with the layout of the unit, the space allotted, the facilities. The price was incredibly good value for what you were getting.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
Close to beach and only a quick eight minute walk up the road to supermarkets and a few fast food resturan

omg. for what it's worth, this place is value for money and close to the tourist spots. e.g. Sandfly bay to see the penguins/seals, the castle and CBD of Dunedin. The staff were so helpful and we were grateful and excited to see the penguins on the recommended bay that cost nothing. Definately a place to come back to. The cadbury factory was worth it too.

In a very hilly town like Dunedin this is only 100 m uphill from a reasonable walk into town which we appreciated.after a meal out! The owners were very helpful with information on Dunedin and the Otago Peninsula.It is a bonus to have onsite parking so close to town.The room was lovely with a very comfy bed -

Please look no further than this place ! The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious, very clean. There was even a dishwasher ! Every conceivable amenity has been provided. It's obvious that Rick and Nicola have put a lot of thought and effort into the comfort of their guests. -

We were lucky enough to be given a gorgeous room in the old villa............not one of the motel units. Our room was just lovely with most of the original features of the villa in tact. It had real atmosphere. I don't think I would have been thrilled to get one of the 'ordinary' units. -

We stayed with 4 people in a very spacious three-bedroom unit. Tons more space than you get in newly built motels, and a proper kitchen, all for a reasonable price. Also very close to the central city and the university, but quiet. The decor is a bit old fashioned but I'd rather have that than a price rise, and it's perfectly comfortable and funct

Our two bedroom unit was set well back from the road and was not only comfortable but also very quiet.
While there I discovered that one of my lens filters had shattered. When I asked the owner if I could borrow a vacuum cleaner to get the remains out my camera bag she insisted on doing the job for me!

Having previously stayed here I was more than happy to return and was not disappointed. We had a comfortable bed and nice room overlooking George St. The bathroom was good and the shower was excellent!! The owner is very friendly and helpful. Assistance is offered including luggage storage on booking out and offering the lounge and kitchen area

The owners were really friendly and informative, our plane arrived late and they were great to stay up to wait for us and the place is affordable. They even recommended us a cheap car rental I m glade they were so helpful and friends. I would definitely recommend this place to friends n family

Cathy and Gary were very warm, professional hosts. The Motel was spotless, warm and comfortable - very handy to everything. We'v been coming to dunedin for 4 years while our son has been studying - and wished we'd discovered 755 Regal Court sooner!! A great place to base ourselves. -

the welcome was friendly and when it became clear that our travel could not proceed because flooding had cut us off from our destination we were offered late check out and a booking for an extra night which was very much appreciated. we did stay an extra night in the same unit. the motel is in a very convenient location. -

The bed was the Best we have ever slept in (except for our own bed
that is ) . The sound proof doors were excellent never heard a car or
truck or any noise at all, once doors was closed. This is the first
time I could honestly state, I was able to get a good nights rest in a

I have to say that the staff member who served me on the Tuesday morning he was extremely helpful and such a friendly guy. Will defintely be staying there next time I am in Dunedin quite abit as my oldest is in Uni and I vist often. Fab place, fab location. 2min walk you at cafes, shops etc.... -
