Right from the start we received a warm welcome & a very good insight to attractions of the city.Although a bit dated,the facities are comfortable & our unit was spacious & comfortable.TV & Wi-Fi both great.On future trips to Dunedin this will be the first place we try to book.Location is very good,straight down George St to the Oc

Excellent hospitality and a wealth of very useful information on arrival. Friendliness and efficiency of staff. The space of the cottage. The location. The city itself, so interesting, full of atmosphere and scenery. The walk up the steepest road in the world!!. Dunedin and the Tourist Court cottages are definitely somewhere we would like to return to again.

Roslyn apartments were fantastic. The kitchen it fully decked out with all the pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils you could need. I felt like I was back at home in my own kitchen! But if you don't like to cook on holiday, there's some amazing restaurants a 2 minute walk up the street, as well as a supermarket. Only 3 minutes from the town cent

Apartment had everything you could ask for - it was living in a home from home - with all amenities. Great to be able to do washing during a long trip overseas. Undisturbed quiet atmosphere with great views of the city and Otago Bay. And close to shops and nice restaurants. Helpful but unobtrusive owners and even a cute cat.

The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends. It is so handy to the Octagon and in terms of graduation this was ideal.

When we arrived at the hotel, a lovely man named John helped bring in all our luggage. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely amazing, spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy! When were checked out the next day, the lovely John retrieved our car for us and loaded our luggage in. and quiet for the most part. The first room we were offered faced a wall
but when we asked for a view room, we were quickly obliged. Location was
great in terms of easy access to town centre. Good parking area.

Stayed 3 nights on a good deal over Easter. Large comfortable, clean room. Nicely decorated. Staff friendly & professional. Free internet in room. In house "Well Manor" restaurant meals excellent, steak cooked to perfection. Laundry area spotless. Centrally located to Octagon, supermarkets and local attractions. Parking available on site. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

the welcome was friendly and when it became clear that our travel could not proceed because flooding had cut us off from our destination we were offered late check out and a booking for an extra night which was very much appreciated. we did stay an extra night in the same unit. the motel is in a very convenient location. -

Was extremely clean, friendly staff, loved my room hostess. She left me fresh towels outside my door with a bug smiley face every morning. My parents stayed here hen they went to visit my sisters in Otago university. They liked the hotel and so I also stayed there. Definitely recommend it. Very comfortable and right in the city centre. Enjoyed our stay very much - all staff from Reception to Room Cleaners were fantastic and friendly - never waited for any service - did not eat at the Restaurant but I did like the look of the menu - would love to visit Dunedin again and would certainly stay at Scenic

The house is an elegant Victorian. Bedrooms are spacious and lovely, and good bathrooms and shower. Hosts are super-friendly and helpful--Sandy even washed our clothes for us, and there was a luxurious hot tub. Food was fabulous! One of our best hotel stays! -

The bed was the Best we have ever slept in (except for our own bed
that is ) . The sound proof doors were excellent never heard a car or
truck or any noise at all, once doors was closed. This is the first
time I could honestly state, I was able to get a good nights rest in a
Motel. Thanks

We were a group of friends stayed the night while attending a rugby test. We found the staff friendly & helpful. The units looked as thought they were recently refurbished. They were clean & tidy. The bathrooms were very small - but great water pressure! Not close to town but bus stop right outside. We had a bar meal for tea which was good
