  I stayed with my family in a two bedroom suite. we reached the place earlier than the hotel's check in time yet we weren't asked to pay extra bucks for the early check in,which was what we all expected at first; plus our room was made available in just a few minutes after we have confirmed our booking. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted.   A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
