The setting and open nature of the reception area was very welcoming. Front door staff were very responsive and welcoming. In addition there was a selection of restaurants under the hotel offering alternative eating options. -

Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay.
The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic.
The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices.

Great breakfast and variety adjusted a little each day.
Large, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow selection available.
Great pools and huge gym.
Close to a shopping mall and a few eateries down stairs.
Good value, 10-15min walk to the Twin Petronas Towers and main shopping, 2min walk to train station. A handy supermarket across from the station in the shopping mall was ideal for cheap supplies.

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

This is my 4th time staying here and I will not hesitate staying here again. It is a new & clean apartment that comes with a washing machine that is very useful when you travel with a baby. KLCC is only a 5-min drive away from the apartment. Easily accessible from all the major highways serving Jalan Tun Razak & Ampang. Although it is near

Location is quite central, close to everything. Amenities, groceries, and landmarks. LRT station is close as well. The pool is awesome. Room is two thumbs up.

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.
