La proximité des tours jumeaux Petronax. - Sejour satisfaisant, avec un"bemol", vetusté des ieux etparticulièrement un lit, King size, mais bruyant. Mais le service estquasi parfait. Conclusion: c'est très positif

Excellent location for shopping, dining as well as for sight seeing! Everything is available just within a few minutes of walking only. Fantastic value for money! - Proximity to the attractions of KL and the friendliness and willingness to help of the hotel staff.

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future. - The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. The layout, decor and design of the hotel are very sleek, modern & contemporary. I loved it. The rooms are quite nice and the bed is comfy. My son was in internet haven as is said the speed of the internet was very good. Loved the infinity pool on the roof along with the roof bar. The location couldn’t be better. It right across the road

-The staff is unbelievably friendly.
-The hotel facilities are brand new and everything that you see have a purpose to be there.
-The breakfast has a lot of choices and the design is unusual.
-On the roof have a awesome pool with a really nice day/night bar.
-Everything is provided in the room, you dont need to bring you personal bathroom things.
-The room that we stay had a huge double bed, a 32" flat tv, huge bathroom, etc...
-Everything was perfect...
-Cross the street and you are in KL Sent
