Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around.
It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime.
The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life.
All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. The rooms where clean and tidy and

The location was the best with walking distance to any place 10mins away and the free bus ride within the city area overing KLCC and main halts like the Pudu bus station, Central market, Bukit Bingtan shopping area etc. Cleanliness was ok. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where. Value for money for the same star quality compared to surrounding hotel. Will definitely come back with friends and families

This place is comfortable and suitable for other family to stay. it is near the monorail and easy to go anywhere. there are many stalls out of the hotel and we can spend time to get food for us. one more thing there are shops which is sell junk food, cloths, shawls & many things. We like it. -

If you look in map, it seems far from shopping centre such as Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit 88 but don't worry, just walk about 10 minutes only ( no need to waste taxi fee about 15RM to such places). -The prices are out of this world cheap, which no one can object to, especially given the great condition the hotel is in.

i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room.
Staff were excellent.
Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food.
China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping.
Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.

Near LRT plaza rakyat and Pudusentral bus station that you can get Genting from here. Breakfast is good taste and I love comfort pillows and bed.
