thanks managment very friendly staff mr jojo and mr rahman who are really they know their job pavilion should proud of such as this staff all was good while i was there fo 14 days just maybe more check for bathroom service need befor guest enter i give 9 out of 10 -

Excellent location for shopping, dining as well as for sight seeing! Everything is available just within a few minutes of walking only. Fantastic value for money! - Proximity to the attractions of KL and the friendliness and willingness to help of the hotel staff.

The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4
pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine

We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013.
The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

1. Location, near monorail station, shopping mall and plenty of fastfood
chain (pizza hut is right next door), 711 is right across the street
2. The cleanliness is ok, they provide wifi in room and hot water, also pretty comfy bed
3. They provide standard breakfast although it doesnt mention when booking (but just dont expect too much) -

Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future. - The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can
be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries
store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk.
Highly recommended.
