Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff.   We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where.   I like the cleanliness especially the bath room and toilet as that is what we are very concern about. And the friendly and helpful staff are excellent. Overall we feel safe staying here.
