  This hotel is newly refurbished so the bed is new, air-con working fine, rooms newly painted and the toilet is ok too. Staff service was really friendly and they can be a good guide around the city. Location is good as well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. I was late for my check in (as their reception operates from 9-6pm), staff still came down to attend to me. Staff brought me up to my room to show me around.
