Stayed a night at Noodin Mews recently. Excellent in every way. The
morning we arrived it is raining and we were able to check-in the room
at 10am. The room is nice and Chinese style decor. Welcome drink and
fruit plate was served. The staff are very friendly and nice, from the
reception to the kitchen staff.

Couldn't express how good the service of this boutique hotel. At
first, I requested Noordin Mews if they could help me to make an earlier
booking to buy a cake for my bf 's birthday on the day we check in.
And it came out of courtesy that the hotel offered us a complimentary
birthday cake which actually surprised both of us when the cake was
ready in the room when we arrived. My bf was touched with the pre-
arrangement. The welcome drink was a special chinese drink that was just
nice especially

My husband and I have just returned from 6 days in Penang. We chose Traders as it was close to the bus terminal and shops which was very convenient. We never used taxis as the bus system there is exceelent so it's easy to get around the main sites by bus at very cheap prices. The staffs are very friendly. The check in time was 2pm, but i arrived at 1.30pm and i was allowed to check in. I requested for late check out at 1pm, and there was no extra charge. We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights for a get-a-way retreat and hotel location is very convenient, the rapid bus terminal (Komtar) is within walking distance.Wifi is free but the first few days, had some problem with connectivity.

Room & bath room are clean, bed sheets smell fresh. Floor is tiled & not carpeted (no moldy smell). Great to have in room facilities such as safe, hair dryer, disposal slippers & tea/coffee making items with bottled drinking water. Ample parking space with a guard taking care! Breakfast variety was good.
