area. It's also the quieter side of Shinjuku which makes it less
insane than say, Shibuya or the eastern side of Shinjuku. Twin beds are

I loved the beds! They were by far the most comfortable I'd ever
slept on in Japan. The Ladies' Twin Room was better than the Single
Room though. Very soothing decor and air purifiers included.

Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station.
Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers

10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. You can even have your underwear laundered and ready to collect in the morning, or buy new ones plus a shirt and tie from reception. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

The staff was friendly and able to speak some English. Hotel is very clean and there were complimentary toiletries that are beyond the usual (i.e. toothbrush, razor w/shaving cream, hair brush, washing cloths). Buffet was good; kind of expected stereotypical American fanfare (i.e. fries, onion rings for breakfast). -
