I loved the beds! They were by far the most comfortable I'd ever
slept on in Japan. The Ladies' Twin Room was better than the Single
Room though. Very soothing decor and air purifiers included.
The location was excellent too, just a few streets away from the Shinjuku West Exit. Lots of great shopping in the area. -

The staff was friendly and able to speak some English. Hotel is very clean and there were complimentary toiletries that are beyond the usual (i.e. toothbrush, razor w/shaving cream, hair brush, washing cloths). It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.

Very nice pick for a night over between a shinkansen from Nagoya and flight back home. Proximity to Shinjuku station is a great plus, orange building is easy to spot from afar, neighborhood is very clean and safe (as is the rest of Tokyo, for that matter!).
I was traveling with a toddler, she loved the room, it had just enough things to make exploring fun while being completely childproof at the same time.

The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable and big enough for 1 person (140 cm).
Tip: If you are a non-smoker reservate a deluxe non-smoking room. It costs only a few Euro more but the only way to make sure to get a non-smoking room. These rooms are also located on the 11th floor

The room and bathroom was a reasonable size compared with other Tokyo hotels where there is pretty much just enough room for a bed.
We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.
