  The location is perfect, only 3 minutes to the underground, buses in front of the hotel, 12 minutes on foot to Termini,within walking distance to many attractions, very good breakfast - The staff are really really friendly. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Located 3 blocks from the subway and also near to the termini. Good Value!

  The location is near the train station and the shopping areas, with walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood. We will definetly stay here again and highly recommend BB Matisse! Many thank

  Location (close to bus stations, metro, mini market, most of the sightseeings are in a walking distance). Not so expensive (for the center of Rome). It has a small kitchen and a fridge so you are independent (if you like so). Change towels daily. Although located in a relatively noisy street, it has good soundproofing. Although we booked a room, t... ce que les gens disent » hey gave us a two levels apartement in a nearby building, which was more roomy and confortable (no extra charge). - Hotel is very central, situated on a busy shopping boulevard near the station. Lots of boutiques in the street where you can find good clothes, bags, souvenirs. Cultural attractions are nearby on foot or by bus/metro/subway. Rooms are large and new, good beds, good bathroom and a minibar. Staff was friendly, helpfull and polite. No breakfast but lots to find in the neighbourhood.

It was far enough away to avoid a lot of the noise of the city, while also being within walking distance of all the main historical/tourist sites. 5 minutes walk from the main train station (Termini.) The bread basket on the door every morning was neat, and they even gave us a - The staff is very nice, he shows us the places to visit and how to take the transport. The location is good, only few minutes to the metro, and the train station is also 10 to 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is good too.

  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. Breakfast was included which was breads, cereal, juice, meat and cheese, cappucci... ce que les gens disent » no, tea, water, etc. The front desk staff was available 24/7. The provided hair dryer worked well. - I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.
