  Hotel resides in a flat of an apartment which is very close to Manzoni metro station, about 1 minute walk away. You can also walk to Colosseum within 10 minutes. There is also a tram line in front of the hotel but we didn’t use it as metro line was enough. It’s a fairly new hotel, furniture and other equipment are well designed and clean. Internet was fast and can be used in room. - It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City. The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

  Great Location to start your trip visiting the Coliseum and the rest of Rome. Coliseum is only 15 mins by foot. Staff is extreamly warm and helpful giving me the map and recommending me where to eat, places to visit etc. Hotel is in a old building which makes u feel like u are actually living in someone’s house rather than in a hotel. Would definately stay here again when i’m in Rome. - Location is really great, close to metro stations but for example Colosseum is only a 10 mins walk, the area is friendly so it is also worth walking. Special thanks to the host Gianluca who speaks English perfectly and provided lots of useful information, recommended cool restos and bars to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our being there.

  The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe.   The room's decor was elegant and the room itself spotless. It looked like the hotel was brand new and I later found out it was. We had all we needed in terms of amenities, towels, hot water, kettle, etc. Breakfast was coffee and croissant, served in an authentic coffee shop next door. Location was good. Very good value-for-money altogether. - The place is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the metro system. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was prompt with our requests. Many of the hotel rooms in Italy are small but their room is also very spacious; there was three of us with five luggage and we were able to lay our luggage out with enough walking space. We loved the room and it was one of the best place we stayed during our entire trip!
