Everything, from the friendly staff, to the room on the 52nd floor. The breakfast at the Horizon Club was outstanding, with a huge choice of fresh fruit (even mango and berries, which is very seldom the case in any hotel), lots of good breads and much more.

We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet! Lovely, air conditioned, clean, well presented rooms - including a Jacuzzi on the balcony. 5 Mins walk from Causeway Bay, small street of friendly bars across the main road, not far from Hong Kong Stadium. -

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service. Beautiful 500 meter high building with incredible view over harbor and Hongkong city. This is the place to stay at in HK. Dont miss the top floor bar "Ozone". Convenient with airport fast train that stops in the building.
