  The staff are quite impressive and well trained. The hotel is connected to MRT station and shopping mall, so it is perfect for leisure travellers. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind !   One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. Our suite which could accommodate three people wasn't particularly large, but the free Wi-fi was a bonus. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there. The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.
