The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. Excellent location being close to Hung Hom MTR station and the bus station so coming to and from the airport via the A21 bus is convenient plus Hung Hom MTR can get you anywhere you need to go. Area is quieter than the usually frenetic Tsim Sha Tsui which is a station away. -

Room design was very nice for Hong Kong hotel. Even though it was compact there was enough storage space and closets to put your bags away. Bathroom was well designed and the shower had a window and place to sit down in. TV had many English stations and the room had fast wifi. Tea and coffee facilities and minibar were also good.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

Hotel extremement bien situé à kowloo non loin du metro et au milieu deszones commerciales. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes, ce quiest rare à Hong Kong - décoration très sympa des chambres et de l'hôtel en général, moderne et très propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.
