  Very friendly and helpful staff. Room great - The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant served very good meals. The location was within walking distance to downtown and there was a nice walking path to get some fresh air.

But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We phoned them from the train station to call a taxi for us so we could get to the hotel.They were happy to do this and we were very grateful. When leaving they called a taxi the day before which didn't arrive on time so the kind manageress drove us to the train station herself! Also the hotel staff is very nice:helpful and always smiling.Me and my husband want to go there again next year !!!!
