  Very friendly and helpful staff. Room great - The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant served very good meals. The location was within walking distance to downtown and there was a nice walking path to get some fresh air.

But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.

  One of my party is disabled and their facilities are excellent. I was really please that it was very easy for him to move around, no stairs to negotiate - what can I say excellent.... and we enjoyed it too!

  Room very quiet. Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We phoned them from the train station to call a taxi for us so we could get to the hotel.They were happy to do this and we were very grateful. When leaving they called a taxi the day before which didn't arrive on time so the kind manageress drove us to the train station herself!
