We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

Beautifully set on the water's edge and lovely room. Very new hotel so everything is in excellent condition, yet the rustic quality of the log finish makes it feel homely rather than sterile. Nice deck overlooking the canals and waterways. Very quiet. -

We were all very impressed regardning your service, the food was excellent and the rooms was very nicely decorated.
We wished we could have spent more time at the hotel, we will do next time.

By far the best accomodation we have had on our trip. Very new clean stylish rooms. Excellent helpful staff. Easy to find location in the heart of cologne. Quiet rooms despite being in the middle of the city. Very comfy bed - so much so we didn't want to leave... Highly recomended. A credit to management. -

It was a modern room with fresh new facilities. Very nice bed and bathroom. we had safe and cheap parking and it was literally in the door step on endless streets of cafe's, bars and shops. in such a beautiful area. we stayed there to attend the tennis in Halle and this was only a 30min drive away. The train station is very close too.

We loved Hotel Landhaud Knappmann. The hotel and staff was excellent.
We traveled with our 11 month old son and they were very
accommodating. The breakfast that is included with your room is
something to see. The restaurant attached to the hotel is wonderful
was well, there was no need for us to leave the hotel to find a place
to eat. The hotel is wonderfully located down the street from a
grocery store, bakery, And atm.
