Reception was quick and efficient. Parking was available for an
additional 8 Euros. Room was clean, orderly, and functional. The bar
across the street was loud and woke us up in the middle of the night.

The location was brilliant - right next to the Zeil shopping area, with restaurants, bakery, everything just downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. Good to have a fridge in the room. I would stay here again for sure. -
Great location, rooms are OK if you get one with street view.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

The rooms are excellent - very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is excellent. I didn't want to leave. - The location is superb, just 5 min. walk to the downtown and Metro rail.
