The location was brilliant - right next to the Zeil shopping area, with restaurants, bakery, everything just downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. Good to have a fridge in the room. I would stay here again for sure. -
Great location, rooms are OK if you get one with street view.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

Que tomaron en cuenta todas mis peticiones respecto a la habitación. Yopadezco asma y pido que la habitación sea de no fumador, sin nada deplumas, ni en almohadas o sobrecamas y mi mayor sorpresa es que ha sidoel unico hotel en el que he estado que ya me estaban esperando con lahabitación adecuada.
