  Reception was quick and efficient. Parking was available for an additional 8 Euros. Room was clean, orderly, and functional. The bar across the street was loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. Had the windowns open because it was hot. Once we closed it, we were able to get back to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. Good to have a fridge in the room. The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.   Hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, shopping on Zeil Strasse, and an easy walk to Altstadt. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do.
