Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!

Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff.
My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view
was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo
toiletries, classy all the way. They even drive you in the bmw and took
our bags to the cruise ship. -

The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I
returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set
down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes
were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The food was very good at the Grill room and breakfast, we had not realised that breakfast was included in the tariff and was very much appreciated..All services provided were very much appreciated and the Hotel was well situated for walking to places of interest and to Public transport. The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

Good location, although not quite downtown Vancouver, but only a 20
minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well
appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared
to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds
were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.

First night was in a newly reno'd suite. Wonderful. Esp loved the Nespresso machine provided in the room and the whole set up even if in a tiny space could satisfy me or a small group for a week or longer of business or pleasure. -

la grandeur de la suite - Outstanding accomdations and fitness center - Proper breakfast. No buffets with lukewarm food. Staff actually appeared interested and were extremely helpful. Quiet and well appointed. ining room staff were exceptional and very personal.
